The Hobhouse development, in the very heart of London, is international in its inspiration and creation. Designed by Bernardo Fort Brescia, of American architects, Arquitectonica, the development brings a dynamic energy to the streetscape, and respects the historic character of its location, opposite the National Gallery.
The design celebrates the use of brick. Strong diagonal folds open the street to the sky. Restored within the development is the original home of the Royal Watercolour Society, founded in 1804, The developer of Hobhouse is proud to enable the return of the RWS to its birthplace.
